Ingredients:
- 4 pints (8 cups) fresh strawberries, cut in half
- 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons agave (or try small amounts of stevia to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Freshly grated lemon zest
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions:
- Combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar, agave, and pepper in a large bowl and let marinate for 30-60 minutes at room temperature.
- Garnish with lemon zest and sea salt flakes and serve.
