Ingredients:
- 1-8 oz. package tempeh, chopped into 2-inch chunks
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup veganaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole grain bread, crackers, or salad greens for serving
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add vinegar and veganaise and stir until well-combined.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or over salad greens.
