Yield: 6-8 Servings Recipe adapted from: Whole Foods
Ingredients:
1 bunch Curly Kale, finely grated by hand or using a food processor
½ avocado, peeled and pitted
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
2 cups grated carrots
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
1 Ugli fruit, peeled and sectioned
Directions:
Smoosh avocado, kale, and citrus juice together to coat kale uniformly
Toss with remaining ingredients
