Healthy Baked Beans

Ingredients

● 1 tablespoon tomato paste
● 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
● 1 tablespoon brown mustard
● 2 garlic cloves, minced
● 1 tsp chili powder
● ½ tsp onion powder
● 2 cans white beans, drained
● 1 cup chopped onions
● Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan combine tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, brown mustard, garlic, chili powder, and onion powder over medium-high heat
2. Add onions and beans to mixture and bring to a boil
3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Remove lid, and simmer for additional 5 minutes

Serve and enjoy!
