Ingredients:
- 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1⁄2 cup fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whole grain pitas, crackers, baby carrots, bell pepper strips, etc. for serving.
Instructions:
Add dip ingredients to food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with sliced pita, crackers, and/or veggies.
