Makes 12-16
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup agave
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (Vegan, approved sweetener, can omit)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For added protein, can add ¼ cup of protein powder
Instructions:
- Blend the dry ingredients together and set aside. Blend the wet ingredients and add the wet to the dry.
- Combine well and chill 30 minutes
- Roll into 1 inch bite size balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to a week.
