We offer all our patients an opportunity to let us know about the quality of their experience on their visits to the Center.  The figures below represent the averages of all initial visit Satisfaction Surveys received from new patients who visited the clinic between December 2014 and September 2017 and responded to the survey. Patients rated each of the statements shown from 1 to 10.

I knew little about the Block Center except what I found online. It looked good and appeared to be exactly what I wanted. You were my first pick out of 4 so I decided on 2 and visited #2 first – disastrous! So, I didn’t know what to expect on my first visit. As you can see by my rating, I was not disappointed. This goes for my 4 chemos also.

Overall, the experience was very very good. All the doctors and practitioner spent time getting to know me and targeted their discussion towards my needs and questions. It was a very useful day. I liked the comprehensive approach and the attitudes of the doctors and staff.
