Ingredients
2 whole bulbs of garlic, peeled
½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
2-3 cups of canola oil to ‘fluff’ the paste
Instructions
- Place all garlic cloves and salt into food processor and mix
- Add canola oil in slowly to reach desired consistency ( fluffy is ideal)
- Add lemon juice while mixing
- Once all ingredients are mixed and you have reached your desired consistency
Enjoy on fish, crackers, as a dip for veggies or on sandwiches!
